Sunday, 19 September 2021, Metropolitan Vladimir visited the parish of Archangel Michael in Jora de Jos community, Orhei district, for a liturgical celebration of the parish’s Patron Feast.
The arch-pastor was assisted at the Liturgy by archpriest Vadim Cheibas, metropolitan secretary, archpriest Ioan Petrov, parish rector, and other priests and deacons.
Numerous ctitors and parishioners participated in the liturgical communion, united in prayer and thanks-giving to God.
During the Small Entrance, Metropolitan Vladimir awarded the right of wearing mitra to the parish rector, Fr. Ioan Petrov.
After the Liturgy, father Ioan heartily thanked Metropolitan Vladimir for the arch-pastoral service and for sharing the joy of the day with the parishioners.
Metropolitan Vladimir then officiated the Sacrament of Baptismal of infant Salomea, daughter of Protodeacon Constantin Burlac and Ana Burlac.
