Monday, 21 June 2021, on the Feast of the Holy Spirit, Metropolitan Vladimir of Chisinau and all Moldova, visited Moldovan Academy of Orthodox Theology to conduct the ceremony of awarding diplomas to the new promotion of graduates.
His Eminence Vladimir, Rector of the Academy, was accompanied by archpriest Vadim Cheibas, PhD, Secretary of the Metropolis of Moldova.
In the presence of the staff of Moldovan Academy of Orthodox Theology and of the Theological Seminary, the graduates took an oath of faithfulness and fidelity to the Orthodox Church of Moldova.
Metropolitan Vladimir talked to the graduates about the significance of this oath taken in front of God, and wished them to be faithful servants of the Church and Holy Altar, preaching fearlessly the saving Truth of the Gospel.
Father Vetcislav Cazacu, the Pro-Rector of the institution, congratulated the graduates, wishing them to follow their life path always keeping the values of the ancestral faith in their souls.
Archpriest Andrei Oistric, Dean of the Theology Department, and Rodica Slivca, Vice-Director of the institution, presented an outline of the past year activities.
