Metropolitan Vladimir invited Mitred Archpriest Emanuil Brihunet, head of the Metropolitan Department of Constructions, Refurbishment and Painting, to congratulate him on the 50th anniversary.
The hierarch rendered sincere congratulations on this occasion, expressing high appreciation of the efforts that all-honorable father Emanuil has been making during the recent 20 years on the vineyard of the Lord, contributing to the promotion and rebirth of church architecture and heritage. In sign of appreciation of Fr. Emanuil’s efforts, the Metropolitan rewarded the jubilant with the second degree Order of St. Rev. Paisy Velichkovsky. Congratulating Fr. Emanuil, Vladyko Vladimir said:

You have been with us for two decades, performing various obediences. Being an artist, you greatly contributed to the rebirth of our church heritage. Fruitful collaboration has been established with the Ministry of Culture and relevant institutions. You managed to recover numerous shrines that had been lost or dispersed during the soviet time, and your aspiration to create a church museum is a vital need for this right-faithful land…
