Their message has gone out into all the earth, and their words to the ends of the earth (Psalm 18:4)
On the feast of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul, with the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Vladimir, the bishop-vicar Filaret of Căpriana celebrated the divine service at the Metropolitan Cathedral of the Nativity of the Lord in Chisinau, in the presence of many Christians who came to attend to this feast in purity of soul.
After the Gospel reading, the hierarch praised the life and work of these two great apostles Peter and Paul.
You who are among the apostles, first of all teachers of the world, pray to the Lord of all, and grant peace to the world and great mercy to our souls. (Troparrion, 4th tone)
At the end of the divine service, the faithful received the Archpastoral blessing and went to their homes to celebrate this great church event according to the Christian custom.
