Troparion of the Feast, Tone 4With the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Vladimir, Primate of the Orthodox Church of Moldova, on Friday, 21 November, the Feast of the Synaxis of Archangels Michael and Gabriel, together with Raphael, Uriel, Selaphiel, Jegudiel and Barachiel and all the heavenly Powers, the Vicar Bishop, His Grace Filaret of Căpriana, officiated the Divine Liturgy at the patronal feast of the Church in Ruseștii Noi, Ialoveni District.
In the morning, His Grace visited the Cross of Gratitude, erected to mark the 500th anniversary of the first documented mention of the village of Ruseștii Noi. Afterwards, at the church gate, he was joyfully welcomed by Archpriest Anatolie Stefanov, parish rector and dean of Ialoveni circumscription, together with the parishioners.
After the celebration of the Divine Service, a Te Deum of thanksgiving and prayers for health was offered to the Lord.
In his concluding address, Bishop Filaret conveyed to the parish priest and the faithful the message of congratulations and blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Vladimir.
