His Eminence Metropolitan Vladimir received today in audience, at the Metropolitan residence, Protopresbyter Theodoros Zisis, University Professor and PhD at the Theology Faculty of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, and Protopresbyter Matei Vulcanescu, chairman of the Community of Orthodox Romanians in Pireu, Athens, Greece.
The guests from Greece are visiting our country at the invitation of the organizers of the International Theological Symposium “Inter-religious syncretism” organized today in Chisinau.
His Eminence Vladimir welcomed the guests, mentioning that such meetings contribute to the maintaining and development of friendly relations between the two people and their Churches.
In their turn, the high guests thanked His Eminence for cordial welcome, underlining the hospitality and faithfulness of the Moldovan people, mentioning that these qualities speak volumes about the faith and the acts of this people.
