On Friday, 23 May, His Eminence Vladimir, Metropolitan of Chișinău and All Moldova, received at the Metropolitan Residence the visit of Miss Marcela Paladi, a young woman and the initiator of a heartfelt project aimed at supporting people with disabilities.
During the meeting, Marcela presented to His Eminence an “Invitation to an Act of Kindness,” through which she invited him to the inauguration of the Public Association “RENÉE CHARITY.” This noble initiative was born out of a sincere desire to provide real support to people with disabilities, through respect, empathy, and active involvement. On this occasion, a fundraising campaign was also launched to support the development and equipping of a “Temporary Placement Centre for People with Disabilities” in the municipality of Hîncești – a safe and tailored space to meet their needs.
His Eminence Metropolitan Vladimir expressed special appreciation for Marcela’s initiative, voicing his admiration for the efforts she is making to do good, even in challenging life circumstances. Following their discussion, the Metropolitan expressed his openness to support Marcela’s charitable endeavours and wished her God’s help and strength in this noble undertaking.
In turn, Marcela Paladi thanked the Metropolitan for his support and for the warmth with which she was received, expressing her heartfelt gratitude for the encouragement and gifts offered.
