14 October 2018, the Fest of the Protection of the Mother of God (1/14 October), Metropolitan Vladimir of Chisinau and Moldova concelebrated to Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and all Russia during the Divine Service celebrated in the All Saints monumental church in Minsk, Belarus.
The service on the Feast of the Protection of the Theotokos was conducted by Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and all Russia, who was assisted by the synaxis of arch-pastors from the Russian Orthodox Church and other sister churches, and numerous clergy, in the All Saints church in Minsk, the capital of Belarus.
During the Divine Service, the great consecration of All Saints church was officiated by Patriarch Kirill and concelebrating arch-pastors.
