On the Third Sunday after the Pentecost, His Eminence Metropolitan Vladimir and His Eminence Archbishop Justinian of Naro-Fominsk, exarch of patriarchal parishes in the USA, celebrated the Divine Liturgy in the Nativity of Christ Cathedral, Chisinau.
During the Divine Service, deacon Ioan Bordea was ordained priest for St. Diomid parish in Chisinau, and Veaceslav Solonaru was dignified with deacon’s ordainment. On this blessed occasion, Vladyko Vladimir congratulated the recently ordained clergymen, urging them to be worthy of their high mission and give beautiful examples to the faithful flock, through own living and faith.
The young clergymen thanked His Eminence for parental advice and spiritual guidance, saying that they would dedicate all their efforts for the prosperity of the ancestral Church.
After the divine service, the Metropolitan thanked Archbishop Justinian for the joy of con-celebration, mentioning that during the time when His Eminence was Archbishop within the Metropolis of Chisinau and All Moldova, he enjoyed high appreciation of concelebrating brothers clergymen and the right-faithful flock, being known as a rightful, wise and sensible arch-pastor, qualities that he has preserved in his mission in the USA.
In his turn, Vladyko Justinian thanked His Eminence Vladimir for warm greeting and for the joy of concelebrating the Divine Liturgy, mentioning that although he currently lives far away fromMoldova, he is always close in prayer to the clergy and the people of our country – that he loves very much.
