Friday, 28 July 2017, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia addressed a congratulation message to His Eminence Metropolitan Vladimir of Chisinau and All Moldova, on the feast of His Eminence’s heavenly protector, the Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Vladimir, Luminator of Kiev Rus.
Thus, the Patriarch’s message mentions:

Please, accept our most cordial congratulations on the day of Saint and Equal-to-the-Apostle Great Prince Vladimir, the Baptizer of Rus, whose name You received at the monastic tonsure.
In my prayers, I wish You strong health, spiritual peace, rejoicing in the Lord, and spiritual vigilance. With the holy intercession of Your heavenly protector, may our Lord Holy and True (Revelation 6, 10) give His graceful help to You in Your further arch-pastoral service, for the good of the Mother-Church.
