With utmost love in Christ, numerous church-goers from Straseni, lead by their church circumscription dean, Mitred Archpriest Victor Mihalachi and the rector of St. Paraschiva church, Mitred Archpriest Vetcislav Cazacu, welcomed His Eminence Metropolitan Vladimir who came to celebrate the Divine Liturgy in their parish.
During the Divine Service, numerous clergymen, including the dean of Straseni church circumscription, were rewarded by the Hierarch in sign of appreciation of their efforts for the glory and prosperity of the Orthodox Church of Moldova.
This service was very special for Alexandru Galinschii, who was ordained deacon. His Eminence Vladimir wished the young cleric to perform his ministry with love of Christ and people, showing vivid example of Gospel personal experience.
After the Liturgy, a Thanks-giving Te-Deum service was officiated, and the Hierarch addressed a pastoral message to all clerics and lay Christians. Fr. Vetcislav Cazacu thanked the archpastor for this beautiful holiday, and presented him with a true copy of the banner of St. Stephan the Great, produced in the workshop of St. Paraschiva parish.
In the end of the event, the believers received archpastoral blessing and small gifts of icons and crosses.
